Might also be worth checking these out!!

RDA Slotted

RDA Standard

I had slotted RDA fron and standard rear rotors on my EL for about 30000kms and they were great! Also cheap too. I am looking at doing the same in the BA as my fronts are in need of replacing soon!

hello, I have BAmk1 stock brakes on my xr6t, gonna upgrade to dba 4000's and rb74 pads. I have been reading thru old threads and I read about people getting dba 4000's for $130 ??. the cheapest I can find is 175.

where do you guys get the dba 4000's from ??

cheers,

andrew

Try Bursons.. they quoted me $140

I rang repco, bursons, autopro, supercheap and just asked for a price didn't mention trade or anything ... prices ranged from $210-140

Not yet but picking them up today :spoton:

If they are as good as changing from ford standard brake pads to bendix ultimate I think I will be impressed

I was having a few brake dramas so changed the pads to the bendix and they are just great stops in what feels like half the distance than the old pads.

Stopping from 120ks down to 20 or dead stop half a dozen times plus about 10 more 60ks to 0 they fell great.

Will test for brake shudder before changing to dba's JUst so I now where im at before going any futher.

Keep you posted

got the dba4000's and rb74's, only thing is now the squeeking breaks, its sh*tting me to tears, they squeak when your not braking. I tried some antisqeak thing on the rotor didn't do anything, any suggestions ?

brakes are awesome, stop brilliantly. shudders gone but they still fade easily enough
