EBC website has a Troubleshooting section. Noise may be heard while the brakes are bedding in. Could be up to 500 miles or something before they are bedded in properly.

Would it be 100% necasarry to replace the pads with the rotors. I am considering upgrading to the dba rotors and only put

Bendix ultimate pads in a few thousand ks ago

No, a quick rub on the road to roughen them up and they will be fine.

just make sure its the pads that you rub not the rotors :tonguepoke:

Hi all,

have just ordered 2 x DBA42107S and 2 x DBA4505 for my FG XR6T. Plus HPX pads all round, all up $840 inc. freight.

Not a bad price at all. Do you mind me asking where from?

Are you going to change the lines to braided and use a better fluid too?

Ok onto my 2nd set of DBA4000's T3 club specs in less then 10 months! So not over the moon but I have gone for a less agressive pad this time in the way of a Ferodo DS Performance.
