Is it the one in the middle of the rocker cover or the one at the rear? The one at the rear looks like it has the pcv valve on it so I thought that must be the one, but the one in the middle has thrown me. Posted 15/05/06 09:20 AM Share Posted 15/05/06 09:20 AM Depends on whether you have hi pressure or low pressure blow by. I can't remember which, but if you have oil in the TB then you locate to a different place if you have oil at the intercooler/turbo. I can not tell where the one with the pcv valve hooks into. I think that I should be cutting this front hose with out the pcv and extending it to the catch can, which would place it between the rocker cover and the cross over pipe. The catch can does not vent, so the whole system is sealed just like the single pipe. This is my best guess, but still not 100% sure its right Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/25377-catch-can-which-pipe/#findComment-382360 Share on other sites

The front one as you say plumbs in before the throttle body and the back one plumbs in after the throttle body(up undernieth). If your mainly worried about oil in your TB then the front one is the right choice. If you worried about loss of performance due to the oil then both will need attention. vincexr6t Member 31 Member For: 19y 2m 29d Location: Adelaide Posted 19/05/06 10:07 AM Author Share Posted 19/05/06 10:07 AM Thanks guys Was mainly worried about oil in the TB so I have gone with the front hose. Not much room in the engine bay, had enough trouble finding a spot for one can, so only one is good for mecheers Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/25377-catch-can-which-pipe/#findComment-383715 Share on other sites
