the trans will be here tuesday arvo/wednesday morning so im going to complete every thing else by then and hopefully is should be a straight forward installation from then on in...

got to spend tommorow morning removing the imobiliser from my mates ute to get that up and running so thats going to waste a bit of time but i need wheels to get around....

I got the cooler and plenum and pipework. I'l do the same as Ninka and move the battery myself. Im not keen on putting then battery in the tray of the ute so ill try and come up with a method for mounting it in the engine bay.... :spoton:

Should be able to knock up a tray which is suitable for mounting in the opposite side of the engine bay shouldnt ya luke? A bit of steel and a mig welder :spoton:

I got quotes for my clutch and flywheel, I'll pick it up in a few weeks when I get some funds saved up... the bbq shouldnt be that far away after all :D

Clearance is the isssue mate. I'l see what i can sus out. Caterpillar sell some pretty kewl high cca batteries that are quite compact. The problem that i see is the location of the throttle body once the nizpro manifold is fitted.... :spoton:

Make sure you plan the clutch bbq around when im home from work so we can get stuck in and make it happen.... :spoton:

oh yeah...no beer for me until the clutch is done.....otherwise we'l spend all day talking the clutch out.... :gooff:

Youngy's setup is pretty cool and would suit your car Luke. Give him a PM maybe?

Youngy has the nizpro setup. Ive got the PN of the battery so im going to try an source one through my "contacts"... :pinch: ....its 500 odd bucks for a battery and tray and a wiring loom. I can make everything (except the battery) so i'l just do some hunting around.... :msm:
