I wouldn't think so.

I fitted Nizpro springs and drove around stock for a couple of weeks before the other mods were finalised and it was ready to be tuned.

Had a similiar situation, got a tune done in november last year and springs were ok. Just went for a check recently and they were getting a bit tired so got a set put in (thanks Ian) and all is good. Didnt get a retune and got a p.b at the drags last night. So id say you dont need a retune, it will just pick up a bit of power up top if the springs are fuc*ed

I would say that if they were causing you problems when tuning, then to get the most out if your car a retune would be in order, but if they were playing up after maybe not? If that makes any sense! :tease:

Mine started playing up around 250rwkw but only when temps were up.

With the better springs installed and no re-tune the car is happier (revs freer) 4500rpm and above.

No doubt your tuner could get more out of your car with the better springs however you might as well wait until you do further mods, I.e injectors, exhaust etc, before paying for another tune. :tease:
