Thanks to Gary. Very well organised cruise. I used AU$110 of fuel (Ultimate) on the day (Sunday) but regarless it was worth it and will atent other Vic cruise. Polished my wheels on sat they were filthy by the time we got there so hoping weather will be better next time. What did other guys use in fuel?

Thanks again, much apreciated.

Used about 3/4 of a tank of Mobil Synergy, about $60 at a quess.

Habbib, didnt even know you were there yesterday mate. :spoton:

Good cruise again Rob and Gary.

Are you glad you came flukey?

Hope so :spoton:

I have 1/4 tank left, and had done about 100k's before I met up with you guys at Bunnings Scoresby... not too bad in my opinion...

With regard to the stone chips, I had my front bumper repainted in January and it is already so bad again it could do with another repaint...

Yes it was a good day.

I put $70 (49L) in the night before and after the trip down and back and the cruise route I had covered 450km and used every last drop of that fuel.

Once again Gary and Rob did a great job organising the event and after seeing all the time and effort they have put in on the last couple of cruises I couldn't be happier with these 2 being the VIC Cruise Controllers.

Bring on the next one!

And lets try and get at least 30 on the next one! :fool:

Oh... Luke, it's good to see your not completely soft... Just a little limp. :spoton:

Yes, it was a good day. I hate driving my car when you cant boost - and yesterday was not a boost day;

Magnificant area for a cruise, we'll have to do it again in warmer weather, music up, sunroof open :spoton:

Great turnout of cars, and very friendly crowd.

Definitely Sti weather, and there were a few surprised faces when a new Sti (wifes car) showed up in the middle of a whole lot of Ford T’s in the Bunnings carpark.

Great to catch up with many familiar faces again, and meet some new ones, and I was lucky enough to be able to join up with you guys for the first part of the cruise, have lunch, then continue on my way back to Sydney. Pity I couldn’t have done the rest of the cruise, as it’s an excellent drive, and very scenic part of the country.

Definitely sedate stuff compared to the NSW pace, but getting stuck behind slow vehicles on impassable roads doesn’t help. You definitely need someone like Cro to clear a path for you.

Good to see Simon burning rubber (there was nothing in the rules saying you couldn't do this), and the surprise of the woman who came up behind him trying to work out where all the smoke came from.

Thanks Rob & Gary for organizing the event.

Brian, which way did you go after Marysville?

Up through Alexandra, then up the highway to Benalla.

Along the way a liittle light on the other side of the road flashed at me... only doing 112kph according to satnav... we'll see what happens.
