I doubt that many cars would be fault free from the factory, no mater who makes them. My Wife's Kluger always has something to fix under warranty, but nothing very major.

Also some people are VERY picky and have an exacting eye so they are never happy and will notice EVERYTHING and expect it fixed.

The biggest and only 2 problems I ever had with my car was brake shudder and lately alternator whistle's when heavy underload! Other than that I have had NO PROBLEMS what so ever! Very Happy!

I have a Nov 03 T, and I have not had anything replaced under warranty by request. At it's 1st service they replaced a globe for the rear license plate illumination, I hadn't noticed. On its second service "Handbrake" had pushed Fog lamp switch in. This was just put back in place.

And that my friends is it! I have 31K Kays on the clock, car is well looked after, well I'm trying my bloody best anyway.

I don't know if one bulb will not qualify my car Ballbreaker, but sh*t, it would be pretty close.

So enlighten me you clowns - what manufacturer has NEVER had a fault with ANY of the cars they produce?

Theres not many, but Mazdas line up is a good example of cars that are basically faultless.

Mazda 3 and Mazda 6 in particular.

Its not about having some faults, but Ford & Expensive Daewoo certainly win awards for being at the higher end..

Its just interesting to see if anyone out there has been lucky enough to buy a BA / BF and not have any issues with it. I know plenty of people who buy Mazdas, Toyotas and Subarus that never have any warranty work done on them. My Best mates mum has an 04 Liberty with 70,000 kays on it that's never been near Subaru, hes a mechanic and services it himself, it lives on a dirt road and is still as tight as the day they picked it up.
