Hello all

I want to know if anybody has used the Autotecnica Intercooler that is a straight replacement for the stock one in my xr6t.

I have added a pic below. It is said to be twice as big as the standard one but I want some feedback on if they are worth the $500

Regards

Mick G

Yes they sure are worth the money compared to others. I believe they are best bang for buck and do the job very well for a $500 cooler. A few people here have been dynoed with minimal losses between runs with these.

one more question. what is the difference between the hybrid copy and authentic hybrid I/c kits available on ebay, apart from the $200 or so saving

I have one and it was a piece of piss to fit. Horns moved and that's it.

Makes a big difference in summer, and even more in winter!

Sorry a bit off topic.

Envy man was it your machine I spotted while walking through the car park on my way to visit a client at Corio Shopping Centre this afternoon??

Damn nice looking car either way.

I've got one. It takes about 45 min to fit, Did 4 back to back runs on the dyno and only a 4rwkw variation between the runs.

That sounds like a good result. :fart:

Geea. :fart:
