I think that just proves that stress over time can make things break at anytime, not just at full load.

No noises but I did put new valve springs in about 4 weeks ago.

Motor still runs but rough and oil going everywhere.

117,000 km's on the motor.

The sad part was I was only doing 30 kph when it happened. :msm:

The audio on Goldie is outstanding..... and costly :msm:

My tin lids love The golden One...

Of course it broke, these engines are not designed to do just 30 kph! What the hell were you thinking :kissmy:

I think I know what the problem is though.... Groom off to his wedding.... Goldie senses the impending doom and does all it can to prevent the groom from arriving at all. Cars, they have a sixth sense. :laughing:

The other reason could be that you wrote on Wed that Goldie was still going strong http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/index.ph...topic=24673&hl= and you forgot to touch wood afterwards. :msm:
