The satellite thing works on the same principal as the road angel. Queensland speed camera sites are only where there is a black spot so there is the justificaton. I agree with it to a point.... as you will be always doing the limt on every site you come across. Naturally the camera wont be there at every one butn the intended job of the camera would be carried out..If you are pinned outside these sites then tough, you've been given a head start.
