But everything posted here indicates mkI for sure. I need to dig out my original SA rego papers from Jarvis Ford to work out Manufacture date I guess...although I will dig around the engine bay to see if it is stamped near the VIN or something.Recommend I try and sort this out through the original dealer in Adelaide, or just try and get my local Ford dealer here in WA onto it?Will keep you all posted!←so you have not told us what you went in to buy.... did you walk in and specifically ask for a mk11 or did you see the car, liked it, bought it, and after you purchased it realised your paperwork says mark11 and its a mk1?? if its the latter you dont have a leg to stand on.....also, you might want to think about whether you go ahead or not... as if you bought a car from the yard as is, and ford then stuffed up your paperwork... in that case your insuance policy would be covering you for a mk11?? correct??if you go to ford and they fix the paperwork, you will then only be covered for a mk1... if the car happens to get stolen or written off.... I know which paper work I would prefer Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/24536-xr6t-mki-or-mki/page/3/#findComment-367965 Share on other sites
