I found it much worse at night with headlights shining through the screen.It turned out to be faulty laminate on the windscreen. I took it into the dealer and showed them, they eventually replaced it under warranty - they thought that there was nothing wrong with it until I told the service manager to take it for a drive, he came back rubbing his eyes... I've been cautious not to scratch the glass - and so far so good.
