This time I had a squeak in the morning when the engine is cold so ford changed it again but this time its still there.Under close inspection it sounds like the power steering pump/pulley.I'll get them to look at it next service.CheersAdrian

Heard a sqeeky noise when the car was cold, went away when the car warmed up so I didnt take much notice of it.Untill I lost power steering. Thought the power steering pump shat itslef. The pully was fine. Drove for a bit, got it towed the next morning to my mechanic, and the short drive I did was enough to shave the pulley off the power steering pump. Battery light came on too. The belt was just hanging in the bay... $75 Later I got a new pulley from Fraud.I have a thread on here somewhere... just search power steering pump pulley or something, I have pics on it too... Could have been much worse...The thing that pisses me off now is that the noise is back :(Who does like metal pulley's and how much??Cheers Mike
