There are marks on the back of the bar showing where it needs to be cut.

I've given that pathetic reverse light the flick and swapped over to the later model design with the reverse light in the tail lights.

To do this you need:

2 later model tail lights.

1 main wiring loom.

And a bit of creative wiring. There's a little bit involved here, but it's easy.

It's much better now and I can actually see where I'm going in reverse.

Isn't the rear bar with the reverse light the same as an AU?

Yes, and if you have an AU and you need a new rear bar you will get one that doesn't have the cutout for the reverse light.

IMO Ford should supply the tail light assemblies (with reverse lights incorporated) with the "new" style bumper bar if they don't supply the correct fitting original replacement part. My point is "why should a customer have the extra expense of getting a panel shop to cut the bar to suit?" Ford are doing it to save money but don't give a fook that it is costing the customer extra.

Dear o dear Jeff.

I would have thought by now, with all of your dealings with Ford spare parts, you would have learnt by now..... :crybaby::spoton:
