My oil burning (petrol engine) astina is faster than that...Hell, my mum could drive faster than that, in my astina... And she hasn't driven a manual in over 30 years..... I have a similar spec car to yours and was thinking of doing the Qtr run. Never run an auto down the track before and ideas from the pros Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/24095-fastest-qtr-mile-with-just-unichipcai/page/3/#findComment-360874 Share on other sites

To do this make sure you finish the burnout well past where the water is. If you don't want to do a burnout drive around the water. The best stall speed in a standard auto is 2100rpm. You maybe be able to go as high as 2200-2250 but this hightens the risk of wheelspin.Good luck and have fun. Geea. (Stupid Dyno software)I would assume around 9 or 10PSI, but I am just guessing.I was only stalling to 2000, as I was trying to keep the gearbox intact, although maybe the only damage done by stalling it higher would be the tyres via wheelspin Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/24095-fastest-qtr-mile-with-just-unichipcai/page/3/#findComment-361553 Share on other sites

These power levels are set by the developer of the kits so expect the times and mph they make to be quite similar across the board(or range of tuners in this case). I think at the moment even with the bf falcon 6 speed auto, the presures and shift times should be able to be bent to get more reliable performance out of the box, untill they can break the codes in the gecu.
