My average speed showing on the computer is 74kph which has not been reset since new I have just reached 100,000 km. Running just over 250rwkw and the fuel consumption improved after I had the unijip fitted! (actual consumption based on fuel put in tank rather than the crap the computer tells you). I get the impression that the standard factory tune varies significantly and that many report factory cars running with black sh*t all over the rear bumper from running too rich. I suspect that the weight of the right foot and the significant variances in tune are giving very wild fuel consumption figures. Posted 15/03/06 09:14 AM Share Posted 15/03/06 09:14 AM With my new tune and a very heavy right foot, my last tank lasted 320kms. I dropped 1/2 a tank in 1hr of spirited driving! But jeez I love the power, you pay for it, but it's fun!Think about it, a good 2 stroke go kart hire place will sting you 50 bucks for 1/2 an hour, or less even , but I can 1hr of HSV bashing for 35 bucks!
