The meet point for Heathcote is the Ford Factory at 9:30 tomorrow morning.

See you all there.

I'm out out now.

Car was shocking tonight on the way home so I suspect fuel pump is cactus.

Good luck guys, dont break anything.

Oh Luke I just talked the wife into letting me go just because you were going :yeahyeah:

What'll I do now?

Well mate, you will just have to tell her the bad news

Well stated Jeff.

The hospitality supplied by Craig and his "kittens", Dean and his wife for hosting the BBQ at their place, and HPF for the dyno day was outstanding.

Heathcote was freezing, but made worthwhile by seeing the guys make those pb's, especially the 2 Phil's.... huge grins ... well done.

I hope something can be organised to return the hospitality.

It was unfortunate that the Nizpro dyno blew up (thanks Adam), so my car did not get the afternoon scheduled preparation for the event.

Thanks also to Jeff for his organising the accomodation for the Sydney guys.

Thanks also to John (jp300+), my travelling companison, who oganised the hire car for the weekend.

It's great to see these events bring so many forum members together, especially meeting TurboTom who made the trek from SA, and Phil (Sutty) the huge trek from Qld... top effort. (and MRS Sutty, he really did behave himself).

Congatulations to Robin (Xlnt6) for winning the dyno comp at HPF, and for having what I believe is the best prepared XR6T in the country.

And Geoff, I don't know how you do it... after the bbq at Deans we had about 20 drinks back at the hotel, and you still kicked on. You didn't look too good at 8:30 am when we got you up after 1 hour sleep. Maybe that explains your 24.2 second 1/4 @45mph!

Well what can I say except, what an awesome week - even with all the problems.

Some of the issues for those that don't know :-

Stuffed bands in the auto - had to drive from Syd to Melb in 3rd.

Missing turbo bolts to manifold

Car got keyed at the motel (they pr!cks got Marcus' as well)

more auto issues now and can't launch properly

A massive thumbs up to Rob from HPF and Dave from Kewish for getting the car sorted at short notice - greatly appreciated - particularly Rob and the crew at HPF for sorting the turbo issues on Sat night and Sunday. I can't say thankyou enough  And the HPF tune looks good for an 11.2 at least when I can get the launch issues sorted out.

Many others to thank also.

Jewels and Vicki for putting up with me on Tues night in Syd.

Jeff and Craig for all the organisation.

All the guys from Sydney - I couldn't have spent the time with a better bunch of blokes.

Dean and family for the BBQ.

Everyone else I met in Melb - what a great group of people. It really is amazing, when you think about it, how this forum has brought so many people together.

Also the Wog for the company on the way back - has your phone packed it in from overuse yet?

Bring on the next one - my liver should have recovered by then - and hopefully with more of the QLD crew attending.
