They quoted a 6.96 seconds to a hundred. Surely the new BF GT can't be that slow considering what my brother can do in his GT.

That Clubsport belted everything else around Winton... ...then again its 15/20k dearer than everything else..weren't the original BA Mk1 tests showing 14.1 in the 4sp auto How come the 6sp 14.38

The times for the XR8 and GT just seem too slow even taking into consideration those times above are 0.2-0.4 slower than normal.

Every time Motor test these cars they get different results, although that is perfectly normal the difference between each test is miles off there doesn't seem to be much consistency with their testing.

Just finished reading the article too.

FYI, all the fords were auto BF's with the exception that they had both manual and auto T's.

As for the DTS having far superior lap times, the article puts this largely down to tyres/brakes. I'm unsure whether the phoon was using the upgraded brembos or not.

one interesting thing, when voting came down to the last three cars, three people put the F6 first, one had the manual T and the other had the auto T. That should make everyone in these forums proud of their car
