Um, lets see,

Foock clutch = Warranty.

Your car has no mods, theres no way in f*ck id be paying them to A) look at it or B) Replace it.

Theres an issue there and therefore they should acknowledge it and undertake whats required to fix it, lets face it 32,000 kays is hardly high and even if you did get another 30k out of it (even though it sounds like its half rooted now) whos going to pay for it to be replaced then, even when you may still be within you 3 year 100,000 kay warranty.

Ring Frank from Ford CRC 13FORD and have a few words to him, tell him if your dealer wont fix it then your not accepting the car back, and wheres the exclusion in the warranty paperwork on clutches??

Don't take any sh*t from the shazza, specially not this $150 dollar bill to pull it down and find out whats wrong with it, that's NOT your responsibility, that's Ford Australias! :buttrock:

what do you mean no mods??? its got personalised plates!!! that's sure to fcukk a clutch!!

its got to to be just as much to blame as a aftermarket 2nd CAI causing the gearbox to fail... and that's been blamed previously!!

Shaz,

there is no way a clutch should fail in 32k from 'normal' wear and tear. :spoton:

This should clearly be a warranty item. FYI I acheived almost 70k out of my standard clutch before it died, about 5k of that was with about 265rwkw.

Cheers,

Ben.

Mine is at 65k and I have been running an EDIT for about 3000 of that so far... no problems with it at all :spoton:

Good luck with this Shazzy...

I'm with everyone else on this, clutches should not fail after such few km's...

And them charging to check out the issue??? I personally wouldn't have paid for that as until they can prove the issue is not a warranty one, I'd say they have to treat it as one...
