I could say that there are some tips and tricks to doing decent car shots... and it generally depends on what you want to do or hope to achieve.yes digital point and click cameras are pretty good these days and most people can take good shots with them.however that doesn't mean that professional shots won't look just that bit better... a full blown shoot will have you walking away with pics that'll blow your mind, and pics you'll never achieve without some knowledge of photography.the guide ST posted above is pretty consise and a good all rounder if you want to do it yourself... I would recommend at least a 8 megapixel or higher camera with low ISO noise in pictures though if you want to have them blown up big.generally... I charge $100 for an hours shooting which gives about 50 good useable photos at one location (and any post work)hope this helps.good luckMatt

Mr Turbo... no money coming your way from me!! I have a 6 MP camera point and shoot, no tripod though... so maybe I'll have to look in to that...Really appreciate it boys, when I get some time I'll put it in to practice, and I'll let you know/see how I go...Thanks again!Jack
