My clutch let go yesterday and took about 3 or 4 seconds to engage..........a nice stinky smell for a while. It still feels good now, but I wouldnt trust it. Dependant on how close you would like to run the the edge in terms of advance, you will improve the efficiency of the engine per unit fuel burned relative to a conservative Ford tune (particularly at load). This will provide the greatest advantage in terms of fuel econ if you choose to use 98RON fuel with standard tune anyway, as the car is not making the most of the capacity of this fuel on a stock tune. The flip side is that if you are making more power, you are also likely to be increasing fuel load, which will push up fuel consumption when you put you foot down.So to answer your question more directly, does the edit improve fuel economy, the answer is yes - it has the capacity to do so marginally, dependant on fuel used, and the tune provided. Whether you actually use less fuel will depend on the tune and how you drive...Cheers, Ben.

He would have very few if any equals on edits and custom tuning in Aus.
