Hey guys

I have a stock T and wanted to get some more power out of it. I was thinking the cheapest and easiest way would be an edit (I was thinking a herrod stealth) with a bit of custom tunning

Can you really feel the difference in power between stock and edited? is it much difference?

I’ve herd fuel economy is better is this true? How much better?

Now I know I’ll loose my warranty (does anyone know if anyone will do an extended warranty with the edit installed)

And will my insurance rise cause I’m still pretty young and I’m thinking good old RACV wont really like me doing this

cheers guys

Yes you will, it is definitely rearrange-your-face material even with the generic capa 10psi tune!!

I have noticed much better economy and using ultimate 98 now... gotta be better :fool:

I think Herrod may do a warranty, but look at it this way: You are putting a lot more power through parts that were designed to handle a certain amount. If something breaks I would be prepared to fork out $$ to get it fixed, but as long as you get things done correctly you should be able to make it last.

Dunno about this one, I need to talk to my insurance company about it but I asked them about modifications and costs of premium and they said it wouldnt cost more I just needed to make sure I told them.

In summary I think it is definitely worth it, value for money most definitely and you will not get the smile off your face for ages! It seems to get better with time also! I only run the generic tune at the moment and I'm happy so far.

GOFERIT!!!! :blink::tease:
