Once this was remedied, my boost needle went through the guage!! But he failed to realize that the tyres on the Phoon are already 245/40 18s, (in the article he said that they were were 235/40 18. I dont think he realised that the six has more than enough to smoke up the 245s Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/23582-review-of-f6-typhoon/page/2/#findComment-352448 Share on other sites

I love my Mk2 GT and have no immediate plans to replace it, but if I was ordering a new FPV today it would be a full loaded BF F6 auto. Usually within a few seconds. All reflexes from there Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/23582-review-of-f6-typhoon/page/2/#findComment-352720 Share on other sites
ZAP No boost, no bottle, just my foot on the throttle! Lifetime Members 7,935 Member For: 21y 3m 1d Gender: Male Location: Sydney Posted 23/02/06 01:01 PM Share Posted 23/02/06 01:01 PM I am replacing the factory gauges as I like things to look right and actually display some meaningful info.I will need to check my hoses as the gauge is very lazy, it moves slower than the oil pressure, so it may be a problem.I do not plan on editing this car as I need my warranty and also need to get 5 years out of it.This will be a new record in my car ownership as I have never had a car longer than 3.5 years, and by then it was pretty tired.
