I have it on my turbo with a mongoose alam. I do believe they can be fitted to any existing remote locking systems. I have had mine disconnected through summer though,I like to leave the windows down somethimes.

I can fit auto up to an y car with electric windows. It is not actually part of the alarms, it is a sperate unit thet is often triggered by an alarm. I have mine set up so when u lock the doors it closes the windows, one at a time unless the key is on. pretty cheap, but I think the mods will not like me to post prices. Having said that, the unit is easily available, & any auto elec should be able to handle it.

Never Drive your car with the window in the halfway position, always have it fully down or only open a few inches. If you are involved in a crash and you are thrown towards the drivers door your head may make contact with the edge of the glass and ............... well you can guess the rest.

There are plenty of alarms which can put the windows up for you... they are also available to start your car remotely, and notify you if something happens to it (via a beeper).

The AUTO down function cannot be re-controlled to be AUTO up (if you saw the circuit board you would understand why) :spoton:

Do you know who can do the remote start as I was told by Autobarn that my viper pageing alarm the smartlock cannot being over-ridden and the only possible way was using a blank key programmed to the car and left in close vacinity to the ignition?

Anyone know if this is different or possible?
