Delivery Date When Do You Expect Your Xr6?

Originally I was advised by my dealer I was expecting delivery in mid to late Feb early March at the latest. But to my shook I recently receive a phone call saying worst case scenario April WHAT!

I was quoted 28 Feb 03, then recieved a call last friday...now BEST case 30 April, but may go as far as June according to the lease Company

Hey Superoo!

Nah it wasn't a fleet purchase. Which makes me more worried about the so called '10th FEB' date. The dealership had ordered it for themselves already, when I ordered it. I just added on the options and they said they'd handle the rest. But I dont think it was actually in production yet. And it won't be until the 14th obviously. I sure hope they stick to their date...... for all of us! :(

Ordered week before Xmas, delivery expected 16/1/03. Dealer rang this morning to say car has arrived and they are just fitting towbar and other PD checks. :D

Hi guys and gals interested in some delivery date timeframes I'm a little anxious and very impatient.

Extremely pissed I have rung City Ford just getting a feel for the delivery timeframe for them to tell me I could have what I want at the end of the month early Feb Funny that but he dealer did mention that they have been given an additional xr6T a month on their allocation.

I'd love to do business but I have already left a $5400 deposit.

Please post your delivery dates I ordered mine 30 Nov 02. Only extras leather trim premium sound and brakes.

I hear here is a delay with the auto's (gearbox shortage) can't meet the demand and the factory is still only running out at approx 300 cars as apposed to 420/day. I'm interested in hearing how FPV are handling the demand.

Obviously the dealer either already had this car allocated to him or sourced it from another dealer.

Did you just go with whatever the car came with in terms of options?

Ordered mine 30 December was advised delivery early march, not holding my breath.

I ordered mine on 7 Dec 2002 and have been told that it will be a March build. Haven't heard anything to the contrary since, so fingers crossed there won't be any delays.

Ordered mne on 19th of november. Just advised that it will out the factory on FEB 10

we will see.....
