Delivery Date When Do You Expect Your Xr6?

I've said it once, I'll say it again.

Man, I hope they come through for you guys. This is crap!!!

Here I was, thinking, yeah this is cool, My XR is 3 weeks earlier than predicted and was feeling for you all. Now I'm in the same situation due to the grey interior thing.

I'm told that there is another Phantom about to be made in the 1st week of December and it's reserved for me. Whinging like a b*tch helps. I'm a bad customer, revenge for being in customer service.

Remember, the customer is always right.

I'm hoping this is an omen, in a way it is due to our choice of financial rip off artists that are taking their sweet time about forking over the dough for the existing balloon payment on the AU VCT. Everything was to fall in place at the latest next Thursday, 5th Dec, as usual, more delays but "Ho Hum, long story".

I saw my Phantom XR at the Mansfield Ford depo (BRIS/QLD). It had bird droppings all over the rear, wrong interior colour, (as I've mentioned too much already, sorry?!?!), scuff marks all through the paint, they can shove that car where the sun doesn't shine. I think I'll wait. Let them sell it to some other person. I'm sure it wouldn't be there for long.

I've decided to wait until the Series II now. With all the problems with delivery going on I suspect that if I placed an order I wouldn't get the car for 6 months. In six months time, my wife won't be able to drive the 200SX so we'll be swapping cars for about a year which is pretty much the time frame I would expect a Series II to come along - and I'm hoping they'll have sorted out their delivery problems by then!

That would be about right :( I expect I'll be waiting almost that long. If it wasn't fleet, I 'd probably be doing the same thing.

The race has ended. My car is at the dealers. They have phoned me and said it will be ready tomorrow about 2ish. Can wait. Persistance pays off. :D Might even get it tonight if they hurry up and clean it.
