Hi all,

I have recently purchase the EBAY King Springs package SSL and SL and just looking at some shocks to go with them. I didnt particuarly wana spend big money on a set of bilsteins, I just wanted a set of maybe Sensor-Trac GT Monroes but I have been told monroes dont make shocks to suit the SSL and SL springs only for the Lows... Could someone tell me if this is crap and I could still use these monroe shocks.... or would the standard shocks be ok, or would they pop out if you have a lot of travel in the rear??? any help will be great even if someone could guide me with another brand..... I have read many threads regarding lowering but its not really helping... :( sorry guys

Cheers

Dave

Dave,

I've purchased King Spring SSL-SL for my XR about a year and half ago they're great. I didn't change my shocks and I haven't had any problems what so ever.

So there is no need to change shocks your standard one will be fine.

I don't get to do alot serious driving pretty much to and from work and to the shops and back. But the last few week it's been getting a little more as I'm up for new tyres, which I've had in the garage for 6 months.
