Just wondering who has upgraded their wastegate actuator and to what?

Is it possible to buy one and install it yourself?

Do you need a retune after the upgrade?

Who makes them and where to get it from?

Its about 15psi max, and tapers off to 9.5 @5900rpm

I would think your tuner could hold 15psi throughout the rpm range... Higher than 9.5psi anyway on an xr6t.

What was limiting your peak rpm power?? fuel??

C & V put one in my car for $180 plus fitting. They said the turbo had to come off for it to be fitted. My turbo had come loose and lost a bolt anyway so I killed 2 birds with one stone.

Im pretty sure exhaust flow peaked thepower early though. Lucky for me, or It would have eaten the Auto many moons ago!

288rwkw around 3300rpm, its a nice ride on the street in my little ute though!
