God there slow these manuals, aren't they  :crybaby:

Till the first corner and the second and the third.............................. ^_^

I think you might find the new 6 speed auto will change that, and with no driveline shunt. Who says you can't have your cake and eat it to. :diggit:

Why would you have cake if your not going to eat it??? ^_^

I'd say it depend on how the 6 speed auto is been driven, if it's been used in manual mode you can probably do it ok... But as was said, your missing the clutch and there is still going to be a little delay \ sudden change (which you don't get with a clutch when there is someone behind the wheel who knows how to use it...)

Why would you have cake if your not going to eat it??? ^_^

I'd say it depend on how the 6 speed auto is been driven, if it's been used in manual mode you can probably do it ok... But as was said, your missing the clutch and there is still going to be a little delay \ sudden change (which you don't get with a clutch when there is someone behind the wheel who knows how to use it...)

What you loose there you would pick up on the up shifts, when the auto changes your foot is flat to the floor the whole time and the engine on boost. Every time you hit the clutch you drop boost, unless you plan to flat shift every gear change?
