However,if the situation has escalated to the point where the man has a weapon pointed at him and has been told to stop or be shot, he makes the decision. And I know because ive been there.And also remember accidents happen, unfortunatly when weapons and struggling/fighting are involved the results can be fatal. Driver paniked and pulled a gun on the cop and shot him. Cop pegged him back.. The guy had a large quantitiy of a white substance in the car.. Unknown to the coppa.
