We know 300rwkw stock injectors, sensible tune <> true

Hence the graph hasnt been posted as if its run in Shooutout mode the dyno power corrections will be there for all to see, as will the AFRs. Both would be interesting to say the least. It is one way to finish the argument...but it will never happen. All of which is fine....

But to then say '302rwkw has safe AFRs with stock injectors, I want 290rwkw with safe AFRs what injectors do I use?'

There is a fundamental problem with this. Regardless of octane booster, 1 litre of Toluene whatever.

Tuner you have much experience to offer without making sweeping generalisations - why not give it a try!   :nono:

Because I have the experience its not a generalisation...... :nono:

It's a guess. It may be an educated guess but it's still a guess. Try working with facts- see how that pans out- less chance of foot-in-mouth disease! As a bonus, people won't think your jumping to conclusions without seeing all the evidence.

Tuner has about as much experiance as anyone in Aus with these cars and edit, and I tend to agree, on a STOCK fuel system, this car should be on the yucky side of lean, it may not be, but I tend to think it would be, please realize this is my opinion only.

If the car had a clean fuel filter, clean air filter, new plugs etc when it was tuned, and now th fuel filter is blocked ans the plugs are gunked up along with ash*t batch of fuel, POP goes the weasel. and no-one wants that, ever.

I am not asking to see your AFR's, just check them, under all conditions, cruise, load, accel etc.

its no secret if 400+ people saw the run at the recent show, so why the excuses and the secrecy, there is nothing to hide if everything is true and correct

It's refreshing to see genuine concern rather than the same old sh*t stirring and agenda pushing :nono:

ok I dont want to enter another war as I have done this with street tuner before...

but with viks tune (auto)...he got 240 odd rwkw rwkw on his everyday map... and 277 on his toluene map... pretty good for an auto. What afr's does his car run on the race map?? can we see this.

now with a manual trogh lollie is claiming 270 odd rwkw's on everyday map (seems reasonable??)... and 302 odd on his toluene map ?? what gain should he see on his car from his 274 odd when his tune is adjusted to suit toluene?? taking into consideration his car has the following??

ASE Intercooler

3.5' Metalcat

2nd CAI under headlight

Custom tuned edit

K&N Filter

another question:

considering that viks car has 2nd cai and centre muffler removed only... 277 seems pretty good .... with the above mods in addtion would vik gain anything??

Indeed. There are many variables, fuel pressure and other tolerances all being part of it. Not to mention tolerances on the dyno!

Rather than make assumptions I will wait for more info. It would be jumping to conclusions assuming the dyno print would never come out, wouldn't it?

Sorry to clog up a perfectly good thread- maybe Adam can give it a vacuum later- I hate to see good info and advice buried in mindless factless banter- my own included.

Eugene and others- nice work and on topic!

The reality of the situation is that regardless of how many power adding mods the car has, they all need adequate fuel to assist them in making the power. Trough Lolly obviously recognises this hence the thread has been started in the first place. Obviously the dyno graph is being hidden to protect the interests of others. Fair enough.

968s, Nizpro springs. Decent tune.

if I was to get the same mods as troughie and iclude the above, as well as F6RAPIDS dump pipe into the equation...I would be looking at a potential 300+ rwkw monster on BP ultimate??

At a very good guess Afr's 13.2 -13.3 at the top end.
