Tipping the scales at roughly 1760-1800kg I believe(anyone have an exact figure?). So I am wondering where there could be possible weight savings. I've got the AWC carbon fibre bonnet which I don't know saves maybe 2kg(but atleast it looks good ) but I also still have in storage my old bucket seats from my Expensive Daewoo utewhich I think would have a significant saving over the larger leather sports XR seats (does anyone know what these wiegh as well?). Are there any other options? I don't really see much that can be removed from the cars unless we go to extremes and take out the back seats which I'd prefer not to do. Rest of interior I spose I need as it is a daily driver. Not many options I guess. Then again a nice light weight set of rims would help too over the standard items. Or I could just go on a diet. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/22981-weight-savings-for-xr6ts/#findComment-341609 Share on other sites
