I've seen the frustration you've had on a couple occasions and it's fantastic to see the issue resolved.

Just remember to spray the WD 40 in the wheelarchers ASAP.  Makes the job of removing the rubber much easier. :spoton:

On ya FIST crew! :msm:

Thanks Mikas.

I bought a couple of cans of WD40 last week. :msm::blink:

what problem did you have if you dont mined me asking

As Jeff mentioned, had a drop in power at around 4200rpm.

It started as a dip - then picked up again, but gradually turned into a total drop off at this point. I wasn't getting the "misfire" prob's that some others are reporting. These symptoms tend to suggest that the springs got soft after a few months.

what are the nizzer springs worth installed?

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Contact your nearest tuning shop and contact Nizpro for the springs it would be unfair to post a price on what we would charge there are a few guys that have had this done and they could let you know who to see in your area and what you should be expected to pay...

Well worth getting these springs when I got my set done 2 years ago I paid $1600 through C&J motorsport in brisbane... Can get it done cheaper now days and better quality springs too as I didnt get these ones fitted only the v8 springs done...

Nizpro valve springs were $286 a set when I got mine.

Installation cost me 2 slabs of Highland Scotch & Cola.

Keeping in mind there are 2 ways to do them people might pull the timing cover off to ensure that the timing chain does not slip a tooth (which is what we do) or you can do it without pulling the cover off which saves you 2 hours labour...
