Posted 26/01/06 01:30 AM Share Posted 26/01/06 01:30 AM brand is barrun platesI think you will find that it's Bar and Plate and it's not a brand, but one of their own intercoolers, and Rajab have a couple of the fastest VL Turbo's in the country...Here is a link to Rajab Racing Developments... and here is the intercooler they are talking about I think...What aftermarket computer have they used? Or is it a Unichip or Edit? Why is he selling it? Does it have a full service history as well? How many owners has it had?Edit- The TTH-187 rego is a very new re-registration in Victoria as well so it looks as though it was re-registered in August 2005 as the current reg runs out in Aug 2006, ask him why the car required re-registering or why it ran out of reg in the first place... also ask him where he bought the car from originally...Jack

Ford will be able to tell you where the car was sold, what maintenance they have done, and potentially the service history. The reson for the new plate is probably as simple as a personalised plate being replaced with a standard one - but worth asking still. For that price, a bigger intercooler, edit/unichip etc, and yes - low ks it seems like a good price to me (though NZ is a bit more expensive).Good luck. xr0500 Donating Members 321 Member For: 19y 1m 5d Gender: Male Location: Hobart, TAS Posted 26/01/06 02:08 AM Author Share Posted 26/01/06 02:08 AM Just had the owner on the phone he said that it is a capa flash tune, he's selling it because he has bought a dualcab hilux. it was his brothers car which he swaped it for another xr6T with 400kw and a blown gearbox, apparenlty it has a full service history and only the two owners. and by looking at the Rajab Racing Developments site it looks like it is most likely the GARRET intercooler that they have adverised. So what do you guys think of the sounds of that? legit? dodgy? fly over and have a look or leave it b ??

Posted 26/01/06 02:08 AM Share Posted 26/01/06 02:08 AM As stated above... Here is a pic of what the build plate looks like...It is located next to the radiator resevoir on the left hand side of the engine bay near drivers side strut tower...Jack Edit-If your really keen, then it's worth having a look, maybe one of us from here could meet you at the airport or something and go and have a look at it together... at least then you have the opportunity to compare two of the same car at once too... and you won't have to worry about catching cabs all over the place too...Jack
