Posted 25/01/06 11:15 PM Share Posted 25/01/06 11:15 PM The 'and here' carsales link doesn't work for me...But I had a look at his ebay ad and it looks good... ask him if you can go and have a look at it...Make sure you get premium sound, as you will want it if you don't get it... and leather and sunroof are always cool... Wish I had them...Jack

December 2002 first reg March 2003.I've only had 2 problems with my car, both covered by warranty, and they are the shifter block replaced in my T5 which sured up the shift as it was crunching in to 5th gear, but I don't think that will affect you as the cars you have linked to are auto...And I broke a driveshaft at Heathcote Raceway, but I was racing it at the time... so I'll give you one guess as to who's fault that was... Other than that, I haven't had any problems at all... touch wood...If you have concerns about the vehicle you are looking at you can get the SIDO no. off the build plate and take it to your local FORD dealer and they can run the no. on their computer to see how many, if any warranty claims there have been... I did this as soon as I bought my car and the only warranty claims were for brake shudder that required disc machining...If I had my time again, I would have bought an auto, and made sure I got prem sound, leather and sunroof... but I was too anxious to get a T...Jack

Posted 26/01/06 12:10 AM Share Posted 26/01/06 12:10 AM Hobart... ah, ok...Sorry, because I'm from Melbourne, I think everyone is from Melbourne... daft I know... but it works for me I dont think I care that much about the sound system, ive been ndriving round in two '66 falcons that have no stereo so just having one will be a blessing :-) oh and a turbo six will be ok too ;-)Neither did I think it was necessary, but it gives you options to upgrade fairly cheaply to incar DVD down the track... and you get an indash stacker, not to mention the colour screen display which looks trick too and the extra speakers...Jack
