Go and do some volunteer work at the RSPCA and see how people treat animals.

This was a neighbour's cat which happened to wander into my back yard...

I had just bought some new garden shears, and wanted to test them....

This was meant to be in Jest, if it offends, sorry. But nobody is actually talking about tortureing cats. just shooting them, a practice the RSPCA undertakes and condones on populations of Feral animals.

Actually I like cats, they have attitude and a personality all their own. Just not ones that make a skating rink of my old XC GS coupe's bonnet......lol.

By the way every year, there are people who die needlessly of septicaemia contracted from contact with feline urine - mainly old folk.

My ex-girlfriend insisted that she wanted a dog - not just any dog but this tiny little poodle that looked like a malnourished rat to me.

Sarah kept nagging and nagging about it because I said I didn't want one.

I told that maybe she would be content walking it but I wasn't going to be seen dead walking it. She asked why... and I replied because I didn't really want to look like someone who'd drive a mini convertible in a pink shirt.

She suggested that because I had her then why was I worried about what other women would think - ensuing conversation ended up being the last one I had with her.
