It still cost me 1 PSI, but wasnt as bad as it could have been.....

If they are bolts, then I know Caterpilar, the equipment manufacturer make a series of bolt for the job, all are 3/8 (10mm) dia and have self locking nuts, these do not come loose, I promise. Most of the high output engines use them and once done up dont move, maybe we could look at that, I am going to check both mine and Muzza's tonight ans I can not get more than 12spi boost over 4000rpm, muzza cant get over 8psi.Some where boost is going away on both our cars, mine used to run 13.5psi all the way to the end, not any more.if it isnt that, I will be sticking anew acctuator on and trying it then. Did the same, spend good part of Saturday, tightning everything I could see, turbo manafold, exhaust manafold, turbo bolts (man some of these are hard to get at). Still, was leaking! I had a bolt missing from the turbo about 1 month ago, till I had it replaced. My turbo bolts and turbo manafold in particular are working themselves loose, being main reason mine was done on kws and running lean (due for a retune too).Im keen for a fix as well.Cheers,Ford Grunt.
