Seems the trip was worth it as I got about 15 more rwkw than my last dynorun @ HPF. Found out there were some pretty nasty AFR's which were soon rectified, Cheers Chris! 288rwkw was my best run. I got a little bit of video footage, so when I capture it, I'll post it up.Rob AKA Solean

Eugene Member 670 Member For: 20y 4m 25d Gender: Male Location: Newcastle NSW Posted 23/01/06 10:19 AM Author Share Posted 23/01/06 10:19 AM Thanks for the Positive feedback guys, there was more to it than I thought, and early on I thought it was all heading south, but it didn't, and thanks again for how everyone behaved, John was real happy with how so many people and cars could all get along.there was even a Tranny right next to Da Boss for awhile, hope they didnt breed.Jeff takes the cake, and the grog, for the sweetest sound of the day, the 290BOSS at redline was sooo nice, bouncing of the wall and all around the shed, everyone I saw had a smile after it had ran, dont feel to bad if its slow Jeff, at least it sounds quick .Julians Phoon was sweet, they are so nice in the flesh, I want one bad, maybe next time.It was funny how alot of RWKW stayed in Sydney and didnt feel like making the trip north, some even stayed in Melbourne? Weird.Muzza ended up running 272rwkw at 11spi peak boost, some one is stealing his boost to, he should have around 14-15, but it aint there for some reason.I have alist of who ran what, I have names but I dont know everyones user name, so I am not sure for some who is who.Stockies from 176-196 for Autos206-211 for manualsAs a side note, we threw a K&N into two STOCK STOCK STOCK manual cars, and got 3.5-4 rwkw on both more, niether had second CAI. which I think would add about the same.there was Jeff Daboss)at 253rob (so lean)at 288Julian (Buf-Hoon)at 303Junior at 310 and LEAN LEAN LEAN, get that fixed quick smart.Master G at 302.A black sedan with lots of under bonnet bling ran 305 from memory (sorry I cant rember all the names)it was good to see how different tuners set cars up, different torque curves and AFR's etc.one thing I noticed is the stock cars improved with each run, picking up about 3rwkw per run, and each time they got a little richer. From playing with my car, muzza's and touching up robs map, these thing like the fuel under load, anyone who is running much higher than 12.5:1 AFR I feel is robbing themselves of power, I played with my car on the wednesday before, all I changed was the AFR, took it from 12.7:1 down to 11.9:1 and picked up 15rwkw, more torque, less boost, and a much smoother power curve.around 12:1 I think would be pretty close to spot on UNDER load if your asking for more than 250RWKW, my opinion only and happy to be corrected. Thanks again guys, now we need a track day at WSID, around may would be good, anyone?
