They use hollandia/webasto 700's on the falcon sedans. They would use the same procedure as FPV do when they fit the sunroofs. You could even get a better finish if you specify rolled edging afaik. Reduces bending and torsional stiffness - plus reduces headroom and removes some of the sound deadening in the roof - and adds weight...I usually burn enough fossil fuel with the airconditioning set to 'Antarctica mode' and the windows wound up to avoid the heat, smog, pollen and humidity - at least with the dual zone you can always offer to turn it up in the passenger seat. Cost me 2200 inc gst and I had no problems what so ever. I am thinking about putting one in my T and it will be from the same place. When I went there, they had HSV's and Fords with trade plates, so I am assuming they fit roofs for dealers also. So if you want the factory look and quality job, I'd use them, especially since your in Melb.
