another question, are you headlights really weak? cause my ones suck!

Yup, I found the stock headlights to be really substandard too. You can replace the globes with the Philips +50 vision ones (or whatever they're called). This simple mod made one helluva difference for me and those globes are completely legal (just don't go for the silly blue tinted ones - they're nowhere near as bright, look silly and, most importantly, aren't legal!). :spoton:

hi guys, I notice my stock T's beginning to smell a little when I push it too hard (comes in from aircon) so ive decided to invest in a K and N filter, as so many of you guys have it.

lol so wats the filter do?

Mate, I just dunno what to say. Needless to say, the air filter has nothing to do with eliminating smells!! :spoton:

You may be confusing this with the pollen filter, but even that won't help much by the sounds of things.

Yup, no way will you replace the driver's side bulb (not without some serious knuckle grazing anyway) without removing the battery box first. Easy enough to do, and makes the job of changing the bulb MUCH easier! Same with the airbox - quick job to remove that and makes life so much easier to remove and replace the bulb. Hell, it's so easy even I could do it! :spoton:

Oh yeah, and go the Philips +50 globes and you'll be a happy camper, at a fraction of the cost of xenons too. :spoton:

So how miuch are these globes? And did you replace low and high beams? I would be mainly interested in a low beam upgrade.

Can't remember exactly how, but I think about the $100 mark for both high and low beam globes. So yeah, I replaced both - figured I may as well if I was going to the trouble. But you're right, the main problem was my low beam, not very good at all - high beam was always okay (it's now brilliant!). Highly recommend this mod.

lol gota luv a hijack like this. Boarded early too.

Jaeyon, K&N Filter is between $80-$180 bepends where you shop. Supercheap auto usually is pretty good.

Also goto www.howstuffworks.com and go to the auto section you will enjoy it. Intake Filter is so dust and other impurities dont get into your engine.

Maybe you were thinking of a pollen filter or sumin that goes on the aircon system :)
