Oh my God.  "HPF must be poor on customer service...." I hear you crying...

As the HPF regulars have said in other threads, returning calls has always been an issue with them.

I'm sure they would have been flat out with the little incident that occured, and probably didn't have time for Mick's car.

A phone call to let him know would have been the way to go.

Hind sight is a beautiful thing isn't it.

ob offered to have a look at his car at the Nationals to save him the hassle of bringing the car all the way back to Melbourne.... ( A bloody fantastic gesture of service goodwill). As it turned out, he did NOT have the time to do that.

And with the mishap that occurred with TRYHRD, who would blame him.

that's right he did offer to go and have a look and then he didnt, he didnt even call or advise his customer in any way that he couldnt make it. :pinch: Now he has a customer who is a little pissed because he didnt spend 20c on a call.

This customer is now sharing his experiance - HPF have to deal with as do you

Yes, it was a bloody fantastic gesture of goodwill from Rob, BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED. I would have been on this place praising the hell out of Rob and the team @ HPF if he did that, but he didn't, and even if he rung me to notify my that it would now be impossible for him to work on my car, I would have been happy.

But he didnt.

I dont think I am asking too much here. Just a bit of communication. It would have taken him 3 mins, and probably cost him $1.

Id like to thank everyone who has provided productive comments. Yes I am human, and as a moderator, I have every right to voice my opinions. If the other moderators feel my behaviour is out of line, im sure they will take appropriate action.

BTW TRYHRD failed at 3pm Sunday. Not Friday, or Saturday. There are plenty of other hours in the day.

I quite understand what your going through mate and theres nothing worse than our cars playing up.

The only difference between us is that I have a appointment in place with HPF where as u dont.

My car also is over spiking but there could be a number of reasons mate.

Anyway, I will find out with HPF on Wednesday.

Im very sure its something minor and professionals like HPF will rectify it 4 sure.

Dony worry too much mate she should be fine.

Cheers

San.

If you could let me know what the outcome is on Wednesday, that would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your help. :pinch:
