I marked myself as hardcore. Love motorsport used to go the races at Longford raceway when I was a little tacker. Graduated to being a flag marshal at Symons Plains when I was at high school. Then when I started work got myself a Capri sports sedan in partnership with a mate. had a ball in it the best fun Ive ever had. Then unfortunately went overseas for 7 years and gave that all up, got married, had kids etc. etc. but used to read all the magazines whilst I was away. Came back to Aus and could no longer afford to compete but am now a keen spectator.

I would love to get back into circuit racing in some form or another and once the sh*t is sorted with the estranged b**ch I may hehehe in the mean time I just read auto action every week and go along to as many motorsport events I can.

I put myself down as moderate, I love my cars, the one trip away so far planned for this year is the trip to the Bathurst 1000 (Although we're thinking about driving up to qld as well)

Used to have an old Alfa Romeo GTV which I'd work on most evenings when I got home from work and would also spend most of my weekends working on it... :blush: But I don't have the time or money (or car :spoton: ) any more to do that so I'm back down to moderate

aka watching motor sport every chance I get

drive the T at least once every day (infact over the last nine months I can only think of two days I haven''t driven the T and that was because I was way to drunk)

Talk about cars (The guy who sits next to me at work is big into holdens so we have much to discuss \ convince :gooff: )

and do road closures at rallys because it gets me free entry :gooff:

hmmmm ... I would have thought "eat sleep breathe" would have been much the same as "hardcore". Anyhow, neither category really covered that I keep spare parts in my lounge and bedrooms. The garage is not good enough! If the sliding door was just a foot wider I could get the T into the dining room - hmmm, there's a thought, I might have to work on that one.

:gooff::spoton:

PS. Most babies' first word is either "mum" or "dad" but mine was, yep you guessed it ... CAR. No, it's not BS it is recorded by my grandmother in my "baby book".

Lets see,

17 cars in the last 15 years, two I have owned for the entire time, 5 of them being V8's, most modded, the ute I do 1200km per week in , 7 big capacity bikes and three jetski's with over 1000cc engine capacity in the last 6 years, mmmm not just cars, but ANYTHING including Chainsaws, that burns fuel, makes noise ans has an engine, inc model heli's.

I am and ENGINE / POWER Nut, there is nothing better. No not even that.
