My Auto with just a home made CAI and Edit made 240rwkw @ HPF and ran a best of 12.98 @ 110. (but it was only 13 - 15C that night.)

Consistent 109-110mph over 5 runs.

With 260+, should be in the 12's easy.

Yes Adam he did:

60ft: 2.001

ET: 12.556 @ 112.84MPH

That was just a time I had run similar to NeedmorePower's that's why I posted it.

My best is:

60ft: 2.134

ET: 12.893 @ 110.27MPH

I'd put Luke being quicker down to the fact that he has a better 60ft time and has a fair bit less weight to carry also, that would also account for the slower MPH.

What do you reckon?

257rwkw's

I had an old LH Torana that would run a 13.7 @100 mph

It would 60" 1.8 sec but was lazy at the top end...

2.1 sec sounds a bit slow (or is that normal till boost comes on), are you getting much wheel spin of the line....

Also as stated by others your MPH sounds low for a turbo car...

Did the car lay over in the top end??????? Did it have a strong mid run??

Whats with the .723 R/T :nono::blush:

With a stock stall in the auto and a car that weighs this much even with no wheelspin you can't get a 60ft time much quicker, well I can't anyway.

And not from a lack of trying too Adam :spit: If only I had that chance too, but my car didn't even get past the burnout :spit:

My 60ft time is $354.00 flatbed tow to Kilmore on a beautiful Sunday afternoon... :nono::spit::blush:

if you have a boost leak it WILL LOSE POWER, but it will depend how big the leak is

one of mine came part off one run, and went from a 11 sec car to a 15 sec car, so it is worth a look, it all seemed on tight , but underneath a peace had poped out, pulled it off and refitted it carefully, and all good again.

while driving the car and boosting at 4-8 pounds you see the boost gauge fluctuating rapadly so that my be the problem, im just going to take it back to Nizpro once there back to work. its really pissing me off..

I drove the car 2night thou on a different setting 248kwrw and it felt better that the 277kwrw setting STRANG?????

If something is a bit wrong, slight leak or whatever, the more you push it the more you feel it,so at 248 you can feel it a bit,at 277 you can feel it a lot :spoton::msm::msm:

vik...know what I mean

It sounds like detonation is kiling your top end, that's why your mph sucks, dont low-under 4000rpm, it feels OK? up top I bet its slow.

My best run to date has been a 12.7 at 114 mph, this was with with 239.4rwkw on one dyno and 293rwkw on another, go figure. 2.1 60 foot times. stock auto.

it has done 12.8 - 112-113mph a dozen times with 265 rwkw, UTE.

I cant wait for a cool night at WSID now, 305rwkw, M/T's, cooler. mmmmm look out 11's.
