did he talk to you after Bryce,? I find they break there neck looking the other way,

do you find that tune easier to drive fast on the street?

David,

No he didn't talk to me afterwards. I think he was a bit ashamed having been beaten by a dead stock looking XR6.

The tune is great to drive on the street though I'm very concerned about my fuel economy. I'll post a thread about it.

The only people you can call twit's for their choice of colour are the Spewprint Crew and Team HgAg...

Make that a PROUD twit and it's all good - someone from Team Hgag had to reply to what has become a twit of a thread... always nice to see the colour battles come out of the dark ages again and I've only been on here for a couple of months!

Yep us T & Phoon blokes so good at sticking together and drilling each other about our colour choice, it's more reason to love the HgAg so much bcoz it gets up the asses of so many people and gives others a reason to post, whoo hoo!!!

ive raced 2 ss. 1 was my mates ute and another was this guy in a sedan both had exhaust from cat back. Both time it was even. I have auto and they were both in a manual 6 speed. was fun aswell.

my skyline story is my mate has 1 that has been worked. Ie hi flowed turbo, halltec computer cooler exhaust from cat back boosted to bout 10psi. anyways 1 nite I was alone he had 2 people (mind u they were young), we take off from the lights. 1st gear I was about 1/2 car lenght, 2nd gear bout the same, once I changed it 2 3rd gear he still had another 2k on his revs to so and he passed me. about car length I lost. mind u I didnt have my cooler at that time.

another time I was on the m5 heading to liverpool I was chasing a aston martin vantage (V8 the db7 shape). were doing 160 from the toll gates to the hume hwy exit (so that's about 3-5km strip) and I was keepig up with it no troubles. He had his mrs in the car and I dont think she was to worried hehhehe. was fun

But has any 1 lined up a vl turbo or a supra or a real gtr??

I had a VL T try to show me up just over a week ago and gave it a bloody nice shot, though it was my 1st challenge and didn't take off traction control, stall up or go sequential shift, so left the 6spd auto to hammer the gears. got nose in front at 5000rpm in 1st, by 3rd I was pulling away. he was stalling his mad machine up like crazy.

One of my mates has as VYII SS and another mate with a BA II turbo. the SS has exhaust extractors along with the LS1 edit, yet the XRT was standard. Both with no passengers, only themselves, saw the GENIII leave the XRT by bus lengths! On the roll and standing start. they then switched cars .... same ball game!

And so it should. I would be dissapointed if owned the car and it did'nt.

Tell him to find a XR6T with exhaust mods and edit. The result wll be the other way round. :stirthepot:
