I have to agree......just buy a T. I know a supercharged xr would be something different but it just sounds like too much effort when a turbo T is readily available. N/a's usually have an open differential as well, and if yours is the same you definately need too convert to limited slip with 230 rwkws......and this would not be that cheap either. Sorry have to agree with the others. Good luck with whatever decision you make, have a look at nos xr's car (or is it xr nos??!!!). cheers.

hey guys thanks for your input ive taken it all onboard

I agree with everybody the turbo is the way better idea

I was just looking at something a little different

I really like my ute though ive put so much into it now

I dont wanna get a new 1 and do it all again

if its possible id just turbo mine then if anybody has any info

on turboing my 182 barra pm me thanks

Mate if you are that keen, just look for an engine out of a T and do a transplant. Either way its going to cost you about 10g all up in the end!

Hey its up to you, if you were supercharging go the vortech, or the new powerdyne than you can boost, capa had a stock whit ba I cant remember the boost I think 9psi, with intercooler, no mods, made 259rwkw, now if you were to boost it to 15psi you would easily make, 300rwkw, and with a dev kit, would make more, you could easily run a 11sec with a charger in a ba, but you would have to spend 10gr
