Anyones G-tech keep falling off the window?

I had a run of about 6 months with the G-tech staying right where I put it but now it falls off after about an hour and sooner if it heats up.

Any idea's?

If the rubber suction cap has been on the window for all that time the sun may have degraded the rubber or it may be the summer months the heat is effecting how well the cap holds on .

the only things you can do is to keep the glass and rubber as clean as posibble, apply some water or dare is say it spit to help with the seal and replace the cup if it is past it used by date.

Buy a new suction cup, that's what I did. I've had the g-tech for years and the suction cup had gone all hard and wouldn't stick, bought a new cup (couple of bucks from any auto store) and all good now.

Try silastic, sticks very well to glass and easy to remove when your done.

Im very happy with the product (but should have got the RR, not the SS)

Off tomorrow to get some good glass silastic Ive fitted it through the side plastic of the dash (I'll but pics up soon) it looks real nice.
