Sorry guys, I am a little confused (new to this scene) doesn't the wog have a really good reputation? Why else would people want him to travel all of the country?

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

That was last year mate, things change like the years

vik...comprende???cough cough

Stop your moaning Vik – regardless of how good anyone thinks any tuner is there will often be a couple that slip through. It is how these glitches are handled by the tuner that they should be judged.

BUT if the tuner is not given the opportunity to rectify their mistake then how can you judge them on that? I’m sure in your profession there would have been once or twice you where called back to a job to rectify something that was missed – if not then you should be knighted.

So in other words unless you a posting to provide information rather than having a good old b!tch and moan (yet again); then do us all a favour and STFU!

....understand that there may have been reasons or circumstances that dictate quite clearly why a tuner is/was not given the opportunity to rectify errors. Nuff said.

bcl thanks for the assistance offer, if needed I will be in contact!!! ;-)

I am going to try and contact Simon on his forum and go from there, I think I will be going with either Nizpro or HPF on the strength of the comments on the forum.

I suppose part of it will be who can help me out when etc., as I need to tie it into my work.

Thanks again!

HPF is the best for sure :)

No fake dyno figures like others and you want your car to go they are the ones to see lets face it you hot your car up to go faster not for a dyno figure and that's what hpf are good at as far as track result and real track testing most of the other tuners are lacking in that area

Any body can pull big power on a dyno but not everyone can tune cars to run good times , you want a car for dyno figures go buy a gen3 and twin turbo it an xr6 turbo will never beat that for power figures example MRCVR TRYHRD and may others pull way over 1000hp at the wheels

Hey guys, there are certainly some personal preferences coming through here, so I am glad I asked this question!

In regards to my wants and needs, my car will never (in my ownership anyway) head down the strip, I've owned my T since new (so in excess of 2 years and I am now looking to liven it back up again! I have wanted to play with my T since I got it but have been hesitent regarding the impact on warranty. Now since most of the "common" problems that are associated to manual T's such as diff clunk etc have been recorded with Ford every service I am "fairly" confident that should something go wrong I will have some form of leg to stand on should they blame it on the EDIT.

So, really I am looking for something that will give me some renewed enjoyment in driving the car for the "odd" squirt around the streets and to work and back! I am hoping for something around 240ish rwkw but suppose I would be happy with just more power! That said no one digs the hand into the pocket and splashes out the folding stuff without getting the most for their money.

So ultimately I am after the best bang for my buck which is going to be constantly reliable and not introduce any dramas to owning my T.

Going on this discussion, I can't see how HPF or Nizpro are going to do me wrong at this stage, so I will speak with both and take it from there!

I was recommended to go to the Rajab's for the EDIT however based on this forum it would appear that it was a fairly isolated referral!!

bcl have taken your recommendation and have sent Simon G a PM on his Nizpro site. To honest I think I am going to go through with them, there seems to be more support out there for them with some very valid strengths!

Thanks all, now I just need to find out when I might be able to get it done.......
