G'Day everyone,

Mazda 6 turbo, All Wheel Drive, 380Nm at 3000rpm, 190Kw applied to all 4 wheels.

that's all I know about the car so far.

What do you think of Mazda's new 6 Turbo.

Its called the MPS6 and is not bad, but no performance machine.

No where near a stock T in performance, but well built with Mazda quality

I had one drag me off in my work ute(OLD MITZY TRITON).All I heard was turbo spool and shoosh out the exhaust.

Still got off the line pretty well and I think with some mods could be quite a good package. :spoton:

I considered this, but over 1600kg and only 2.26 litres, no way.

Good interior.

AWD and direct injection is a plus, good spread of torque, but not enough torque for the weight that it is carrying.

I bought a 2.5Litre STi instead.

Good option l reckon, see this post for more info and pics etc from my test drive.

The difference in performance between the MPS and XR6T is bugger all, maybe 0.3 over the 1/4 mile. Of course the T has much better after market potential, it all depends on your priorities.
