Get ready for it............. it was a black Fairmont Ghia, lowered, huge dish rims, twin dump exhausts and the meanest V8 noise I have heard.

This thing was at the lights near Fremantle WA and there was a VS Dunny next to it egging him on reving it and :pooh: . When the lights when green the commo nailed it then suddenly this Ghia went straight past it with the loudest roar. :idunno:

It was awsome. I want one. Any for sale.

I hope someone knows this guy.

Cheers

Adrian :idunno:

I know where you are coming from, a Big black luxo barge dumped on its ass with ultra black tint and 20in crome, cruising the streets late at night, very cool.

Why not spend some $$$ on yours & nail them both???

Stuff the roar of a V8 when you can have the whistle of a turbo 6!!!

Russ

Dont get me wrong I love my car and am actually in the process of ordering a new 6speed auto phoon. I love that turbo noise too. Hopefully I will see him again one day and maybe get a piece of it.

Hey,

Funny story... I was in my mates car when he asked "hey, were you in Fremantle the other night?" "Yes" I replied - setting off a smile on my mates face "You might want to have a look on the XRTurbo forum then, someone saw your car and made a few comments!"

Well, with no hesitation I signed up tried to find the 'post' regarding my car. Yes, the guy with the BA Fairmont Ghia V8 is me.

Thank you for the lovely words regarding my exhaust system.

Hi guys,

I wouldnt want to meet a guy at the lights with a 'phoon!!! A friend of mine has actually ordered a six speed BF 'phoon - during the test we had fun!!!

I've attached a photo of my Ghia as requested. It's nothing special - it has King Springs at the front with Lovells at the rear. 18x9.5" Starcorp wheels at the rear holding 265's. The best part is the signature from Glen Seton on my console!!!
