The valve is adjustable so you can go from plum back to atmo just by twising the mid section of the BOV. Installation is easy, takes around 20 mins, however make sure you have the XR6 T adapter, that way it will fit right in. As for power, you will not get any increase in power. Technically speaking a BOV is supposed to reduce attempted backspin in your turbo when you change gears in a manual, therefore keeping your boost up, however I havent really found much info that I can say agree's with this theory completely (this I was told by a mechanic friend, how true it is I dont know). Either way, its all for the sound and personally, I love the sound.RegzDean

Big debate this one!!!!!! I love the sound and am happy with my aftermarket BOV. No performance gain whatsoever and none should be expected. You dont really even need a BOV for the T. All they are doing on the T is making the car quiet.....IMO.
